Terms of Use
Last updated: 7 October 2026
These Terms of Use apply to the Tunnelist app for iPhone, iPad and Mac and to the website tunnelist.app. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Tunnelist is
Tunnelist is a client application. It connects your device to servers using configuration links that you add yourself.
We do not provide servers, connectivity, subscriptions or accounts. We are not a party to your relationship with any server operator or provider.
Your servers and providers
You are responsible for the configuration links and subscriptions you add, and for having the right to use the servers they point to.
Servers and subscriptions are operated by you or by third parties under their own terms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, speed, security or content.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the app only in ways that are lawful where you are. You agree not to:
- use the app to break the law or the rights of other people;
- use the app to attack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to networks, systems or data;
- reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law or an open-source licence allows it.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. The Apple Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies to the app.
The app includes open-source components, including the Xray core. They are provided under their own licences.
Price
The app is free. It has no in-app purchases and no paid subscriptions.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the app will work without interruption or errors, or that it will work with a particular server or configuration.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data or loss of profit arising from your use of the app or from the servers you connect to.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and termination
We may change, suspend or discontinue the app at any time. We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page with the date of the last update.
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. Your licence ends if you break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply to you.
